One Account to Manage
Drill Dragon separates account management from athlete performance data for clarity and control.
Account Owner
The Primary Account Holder (Parent, Guardian, or Individual Athlete):

Overseas billing and account settings
Athlete Memberships
Each athlete trains under their own Membership, which:

Captures complete training and performance data

Maintains a permanent individual history

Keeps all data fully separate from every other athlete
This structure ensures that each athlete’s progress remains uniquely their own.
Membership Assurance
As long as your Membership remains active, proprietary Drill Dragon sensors are covered under Membership Assurance.
Coverage includes evaluation and replacement of qualifying electronic failures that occur during intended use.
Coverage does not extend to wear items, loss, misuse, damage caused by external impact.

Shipping costs associated with warranty replacements are the responsibility of the member. Full warranty terms are outlined in our Terms of Service & Sale.
30-Day Evaluation
Your initial Membership includes a 30-day evaluation period beginning on confirmed delivery of your hardware.
If the system isn’t the right fit, you may request a refund within 30 days. Return of required hardware components is necessary, and inspection-based deductions may apply.

This evaluation period applies only to the first Membership purchase by an Account Owner. Renewals and upgrades are not eligible for a new evaluation period.
